There is a crack in everything, that is how the light gets in. Imperfection is the prerequisite for grace.
— Leonard Cohen

In a world where we have repressed who we are, many of us suffer from existing in our shadows, void of our truest expression.

Unearthing the issues that keep us from experiencing a joyous fulfilled life is our soul’s work.

I will help you do that.

I empower my clients to empower themselves.

I invite you to go on a journey of self exploration, to see the parts of yourself that have been hardened by trauma and discover your greatest strengths.

In Japanese culture there is a centuries old tradition called Kintsugi, which is the practice of making “broken”, and “damaged” pottery ‘new’ again by repairing them with gold flakes.

Much like a piece of broken pottery, our essence also endures fractures, but we have the ability to transmute those seemingly shattered parts of ourselves and transform it into something truly unique and beautiful.

That is the power of healing our wounds.
